"Early Summer Sun” depicts the wonderful golden glow that is so common on clear summer mornings in Vernon. Located in the north end of the valley, Vernon, British Columbia, Canada is the hub of 3 lakes and 3 valleys. On the left the Coldstream valley meets Kalamalka Lake, in the centre, Okanagan Lake runs south down the Okanagan Valley, and to the right, Swan Lake marks the beginning of the Spallumcheen Valley to the north.
This panorama picture was taken facing south from a slope in the foothills of Silver Star Mountain.
